School Picture Day!

Today is school picture day at Christopher's school.

This past weekend I tried to trim his hair because it was starting to 'fro out. Now, typically (remember the key word in this sentence is TYPICALLY) this isn't that big of a deal. I trim his hair all the time and it comes out fine. However, since we were on vacation and such his hair had become quite long. I thought "using the clippers on the longest setting won't be too bad" WRONG. Good grief, Charlie Brown. This child went from a near afro to a whiffle in about 15 seconds. *Note to readers: when your husband says the 1/2" blade is the longest setting be sure to check ALL of the clipper blades!* Of course, once you have taken out a stripe you can not stop. Poor child. Thank goodness he is ridiculously good looking and can pull off any look! ;-)
